A good team outlook has very little to do with another presentation about the year ahead. Sometimes it looks more like glasses being raised, plates travelling around a table and everyone discovering that the person they normally only speak to about one very specific thing is actually hilarious outside the usual setting.
Welcome to The Excellent Outlook.
Your first chapter unfolds inside our vibrant inner city venue, where heritage exposed brick and contemporary design sit comfortably side by side. There is an immediate warmth to the space, with enough buzz to make the occasion feel lively and enough style to remind everyone that this is something beyond the ordinary catch up.
Arrival bubbly gets the first toast underway, followed by tapas style share plates made for reaching across the table and getting amongst together. There is no need to divide everyone into formal seating plans or manufacture a bonding moment. Give people good food, a glass in hand and somewhere they actually want to spend time, and the rest has a funny way of happening naturally.
Then comes a detail created exclusively for your group. Your custom cookies can feature your brand, team name or chosen theme, bringing a little personality into the occasion before the next chapter begins. They might become part of the photos, disappear suspiciously quickly or make their way home with a few particularly strategic team members. Either way, they make the experience unmistakably yours.
Once everyone is properly warmed up, follow us underground. The surroundings become richer and moodier as glowing red bars, curved leather booths and oriental den inspired details welcome you into your second venue. Here, your team steps away from the main action and into its own private room.
Now the evening can really stretch its legs. A private bartender takes care of your group while beer, wine, spirits and cider flow throughout the session. Share plates keep appearing for everyone to graze on, and the curved booths give people plenty of space to settle in, move around and find themselves in conversations with teammates they might not normally spend much time with.
